Principle:
The dried material is added from the middle of the shell. Under the constant positive and negative rotation of the rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, and the surface contacting the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated. It is indirectly heated by the steam, evenly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the grinding rod, so that the water in the material is gasified. Under the action of the vacuum system, the water in the dried material and the surface water are more Advantageously, the vaporized water is vented from the outlet of vacuum pump through dry deduster, wet deduster and condenser.
